A s\u00faa presenza est\u00e9ndese, aproximadamente, desde o s\u00e9culo II aC ata o V dC. At\u00f3panse dispersas por todo o imperio, desde o r\u00edo \u00c9ufrates ata o norte de \u00c1frica, e desde Britania ata o<em> limes germanicus<\/em>.
